Our 20,000-square-meter nails manufacturing facility is located in Tianjin, China, with automated manufacturing equipment covering nail and staple forming, heat treatment, surface finishing, inspection and in-house packaging. So pneumatic staples can be sourced directly from an experienced factory with production, QC and packaging capabilities under one supply system.
We manufacture a wide range of pneumatic staples covering different wire gauges, crown widths, leg lengths and applications, including series such as 90/L, P, 73, B, 6400, O, GSW16, N, 71, BeA14, Q, GS16, BCS15, BCS4, M, 92, JK779, STCR5019, 10J, A11, 4000, 97, 84, 80, 1400 and BeA72, among others.

JLHY's production and quality-control system is designed to maintain dimensional consistency throughout manufacturing. Our production-control system is designed to maintain consistent quality across repeat orders and large-volume production. JLHY treats quality control as an integrated manufacturing process rather than a final inspection only.
JLHY provides OEM and private-label staple manufacturing for importers, wholesalers, distributors and brands. OEM production can be developed according to the customer's existing staple specification, sample, drawing or technical requirements, assisting brand owners to build their own staple product lines while using an experienced Chinese manufacturing base.
